The 1905 Series from F. Dick is a blend of tradition and modernism, with a new version of a historic knife. In 1905 Friedr. Dick developed a chef's knife series with solid bolsters, replacing the traditional riveted handle that had been used so far. The forged series continues to stand out with its exceptional appearance. The blade is made of a special XCrMoV15 German stainless steel.

Knives come with a lifetime guarantee against defects, when knives are used as designed. Misuse and abuse is not covered.
