Remarks: Very durable knife. Holds its edge well. I use it for trimming competition steaks. I wish it had a blade protector instead of the cheap plastic sheath.

Remarks: I originally purchased a Steakin' Knife and I liked it so much I bought 3 more for some close friends. It's a very useful, all around kitchen/utility knife and I now use mine just about every day. It's also very lightweight and very sharp. Love it!

Remarks: I was provided this knife as part of a competition sponsorship from Mad Cow Cutlery and Jero. This knife is great - perfect weight, easy to grip, sharp, and everyone keeps wanting to borrow it. I have used Jero knives for years now, and mostly use their softer grip TR models, but I was impressed.

Remarks: purchased on sale from mad cow and jero when they were marketing these to restaurants to get feedback. knife is actually my favorite mostly because the smaller size and curved blade. i used a boning knife to trim my steaks and slice up loins but this does a much better job and i was surprised at the ease of using it
