Remarks: I had purchased to use at home for peeling and slicing up fruit, but I found they work great for trimming meat, and slicing up veggies. The blade is longer than other paring knives I have used, which made it better for doing other jobs.

Remarks: Have purchased Jero knives before and they last forever, need very little resharpening, take and edge and keep it.

Remarks: Purchased these when I was forced to work from home and found myself having extra time to cook. I was looking for something easy for me to handle. Sharp knives and really easy to control.
