Remarks: I bought this slicer to cut my own bacon and to slice brisket. It's a beast and works perfect for getting nice even slices. Very sharp out of the box and a great price.

Remarks: Purchased this knife to use in a small deli I have in my meat market. I didn't want to use my meat slicer since I needed them for other jobs, but needed something to slice some of our house made roast beef for sandwiches. This works better, and I have actually mastered slicing two roasts at once side by side. I like larger handle and it seems better balanced that what you would expect.

Remarks: Use this knife in my restaurant for slicing meat for our Gyros. Good price so we are able to afford several. Easy to sharpen on my large bench stone.

Remarks: Outstanding, sharp, well balanced knife. Great for cutting roasts like Prime Rib.
