Remarks: I used my new F.Dick Ajax 1905 today for the first time. I love it. I’ve been cutting meat for over 40 years and it’s a great addition to my work knives.

Remarks: I love this beautiful knife. I’ve only used it a few times but I appreciate its weight and the feel of the handle. Smooth. The rocker edge makes cutting veggies easy. This is one rugged knife. Exactly what I wanted.

Remarks: F.Dick AJAX knife makes processing live poultry and prepping meat a breeze. Cuts great as a cleaver and a Chef's knife. The weight is well placed and not excessive. Lastly, it's simply a gorgeous knife. Will buy again.
