"My scary knife became my favorite knife."

Remarks: I almost returned this knife thinking I'd cut my fingers off with it. Then I started using it and it is my favorite. Cuts through pineapple and sweet potatoes with no problem. Slices and trims meats and veggies easier than all my more expensive knives. It's very light and easy to manipulate. So glad I didn't return it.

Remarks: Super sharp and slightly flexible and very well made. Larger than I expected it to be. Crappies season is on here in Fla. and it will get some good use.
