Remarks: I have not received the equipment, even though I received an email that it was shipped. I waiting for a status of my order.

Remarks: I had a pair of these scissors for 15 years in my kitchen from pampered chef. They do not offer them anymore so my son found these on line and by some luck they are the same. I bought 3 pairs I will never use another pair of regular scissors. They have super fast shipping too.

Remarks: I really like these shears. They cut well, seem durable (only had them a week), and are easy to clean. My only complaint is the lack of a latch to keep them closed when not in use. They come with a holder, but it’s bulky to store in a drawer and would not be necessary with a simple closing mechanism.

Remarks: I got these to replace a pair of 20 year old pampered chef scissors. They look and feel identical. Great for people with hand grip problems. Spring assist great. Cuts through chicken at the joins or spatchcocking a chicken

Remarks: We were given a pair of the shears and have nothing but good things to say. When we saw them on Mad Cow at the price listed, we bought 3 more pairs to give as gifts. Excellent product and very good price.

Remarks: for spatchcocking a turkey. They are spring assist on the open, with a strong spring return. The handles and cutting-edge are a bit short, so it's tough to get leverage to get thru the bigger bones. I was able to spatch a 16# turkey almost completely with these. They will work great on chicken, squab, cornish, etc.

Remarks: Had a pair of these forever, often stole them from the kitchen to cut everything. When the handle broke, I searched online and found these and a great price. Highly recommended.

Remarks: This appears to be an exact replacement for kitchen shears purchased at one of those wildly popular kitchen gadget parties 20 years back, eventually lost. Hoping to get another 20 years out of this set.
