Remarks: This is a squatty, sturdy knife, just perfect for skinning. Love the feel of the handle - easy to grip securely without slippage. Very nice quality blade, admits a good sharpening.

Remarks: The knife is lightweight with thin sharp blade. The handle is wide with non slip comfortable grip. Perfect for cooking in any kitchen. It's pretty short and does not take much space at all. Very good well made knife.
