"Great de-boning knife"

Remarks: This is a great knife! The handle is ergonomic, and the blade is very sharp. And ithe knife is sturdy and well-made. I was able to cut through a 2-inch chuck roast with minimal effort. It's a joy using a sharp knife. I'm very pleased with it!

Remarks: Was impressed with promptness of delivery and the quality of this knife. Traction grip is an understatement. Great value.
