Remarks: excellent knife

Remarks: I've been using this knife for over a month,i use it for proteins such as hanger,sirloin stk,burger buns and loaf bread.and it's pleasure to slice proteins with it.im a line cook and work in a professional setting,if you're looking for a good quality,inexpensive knife this is the one to go for it.
