Remarks: Adjusting from a normal steel to the multi cut can take a day or two but once the transition is made it’s well worth it! It’s heavy if you carry it on your hip, but I adjusted to that in just a day also. Shipping was fast and everything was packaged well.

Remarks: As great as everyone says. Not cheap, but really good tools never are. You will have to be very young too live long enough wear this out.

Remarks: Best steel ever ! I do slaughter in a small plant this is a great steel to keep your edge, requires no maintenance like other steels. Please make sure you know how to sharpen a knife before trying to purchase this item.

Remarks: Professional Chef and Butcher, best steel I've seen in my 10 years in the industry. Was recommended by a colleague with over 40 years as a chef, who's owned his for 20 years. Quickly hones even my hardest steel Japanese knives, with just a few strokes. The broad curved shape makes it very easy to find the edge.
