COVID ALERT!  COVID is causing delays with all of our carriers. Our estimated transit times, are just estimates, but we expect all packages to be delayed.

Note: Customers purchasing $100 or more and shipping to an address that is different than the billing address may be contacted by email for additional information to help us prevent fraud. If your billing address is a PO BOX and you are shipping to your house or work, it is helpful if you provide that information in the comments section at checkout.

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): We ship to all US states, DC, Military Addresses and Puerto Rico.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $49 OR MORE WITHIN THE US.

Items shipped Standard Shipping go by USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post/Select or other economical UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or regional delivery service. Standard Shipping orders usually ship in 2 business days (holiday seasons can add an extra day) and take between 5 to 7 business days to be delivered. Weight and destination address determines the method of shipping.

APO/FPO, PO BOX addresses and Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico addresses ship using USPS services, or UPS or FedEx service where products are given to USPS for final delivery (some address will get UPS or FedEx Ground delivery). Standard Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska can take up to 20 business days to be delivered, with the average time being 15 business days. Time of year and weather can delay packages to areas outside the lower 48 US states.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): We ship to all US states, DC, Military Addresses and Puerto Rico. Expedited orders usually ship same business day, if orders clear by 11 AM CST.  If orders do not make the cut-off, they will ship next business day.

If you qualify for free standard shipping, you can upgrade to Expedited for additional costs, which will be posted during checkout.

Expedited Shipping packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS Ground or FedEx Expedited (shipping method depends on the delivery address). Items shipped by the manufacture will be placed on rush order, meaning that as soon as the order comes into our store we send it over to the manufacturer instead of waiting until the end of day.

Tracking information will be emailed for each shipment.

We do not offer express shipping service on our website. If you need express shipping (Example: UPS 2 Day or Next Day), please email our customer service department to get a quote for express shipping--please provide your full address and the items you were wanting to order. You can place express orders on our store, but will be emailed an invoice that will allow you to pay for the extra express shipping by easily logging onto our secure payment processing server.

We are closed all Federal and Arkansas and Texas State Holidays. Our shipping department will be open on some of the holidays to pack packages, but since USPS, UPS and FedEx do not operate on some of these holidays, we are unable to receive pick-up. Even though we may pack and print shipping labels with tracking, the tracking will not be valid until the packages are transferred over to the delivery company.

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Products

Sometimes products become out of stock and back-ordered at our warehouse and through the manufacturer. We try our best to keep inventories accurate in our store so that out of stock items can not be ordered, but occasionally out of stock items get ordered. In these instances there may be a 5 to 14 day lead time until the items ship. The customer will always be notified and given the option to wait or cancel the item.

Drop Shipment

Some of the larger items, special order products, and custom items ship directly from the manufacturer using the manufacturer's carrier of choice. Items that ship direct from the manufacturer will have special notes in the product description designating the items as shipping direct from manufacture. During certain times of the year we may have smaller items such as knives and sharpeners dropped shipped from the manufacturer--this allows us to cut down on shipping times and costs.

Track Your Order and Delivery Confirmation


When your order ships you will be notified by email of the shipment and provided a tracking number. The UPS and FedEx tracking number provides an accurate location of your order. The delivery confirmation number provided by the USPS does not provide the same level of tracking as UPS and FedEx, but does indicate when the package is scanned leaving our facility and sometimes as it enters and leaves sorting centers, then finally at time of delivery. The only exception to this is USPS Parcel Select packages, which may only show up in tracking after they have been scanned at a USPS sorting center.

International Customers

COVID ALERT!  COVID is causing very long delays with international shipments. Our estimated transit times are just estimates, but currently we are seeing an additional two weeks for packages to arrive in Canada and Mexico, and an extra 3 weeks for packages in other countries.

We ship to many international locations, but if your country isn't located at checkout, please email to see if we can ship to your country, and request a shipping price quote.  We utilize PayPal's invoice system that allows us to email an invoice that has a Pay button to allow the customer to pay with credit/debit card or PayPal account, if you are unable to shop our store. Customers in Canada, Mexico, most parts of Europe and the UK and Australia shouldn't have any problems shopping online.

Equipment and any electrical items can not be shipped internationally. Mostly, international customers can order knives, steels, utensils, aprons, blade guards, etc., but usually can not order sausage stuffers, meat grinders, electric knife sharpeners and other similar products. Please email customer service to verify if we can ship an item.

All payments are in US Dollars. We ship by US Postal Service or with a Global Logistics partner that usually partners with the Postal Service or regional carrier for delivery. Customer will be responsible for any duties, taxes or fees charged at time of delivery or pick-up. The shipping charge does not include the duties that the customer's country may charge. Tracking is provided on packages, though during the time between leaving the US and arriving in the customer's country, there may be no additional package scans.

Items ship in 2 to 3 business days and transit times can vary from 25 to 30 business days. Your ship to address must be able to receive mail since some deliveries are made by Postal Service.
