Mundial Master Butcher Honing System

The Mundial Pull Thru Sharpener was designed and manufactured for commercial use in meat processing, fishing or food service operations. Unit is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel, and is designed to be held; attached to a chain to hang near user, or mounted to a table or work surface. A finger guard provides a secondary level of protection to prevent accidental cuts. Unit can be mounted directly to a work surface, or be used with the included mounting bracket. Mounting bracket attaches to you work area, and allows the sharpener to be mounted in two different positions, and allows the sharpener to be removed quickly to be held or stored away. Mounting screws are not included.  The spring action and crossing smooth rods allow for easy honing of the knife edge. The smooth rods keep a knife edge straight and sharp while working.
