Product Details
Mad Cow Cutlery is excited to be able to offer our new Jero TR line of commercial meat processing and food service knives. By purchasing direct from the manufacturer in Portugal and importing into the US, we are able to reduce costs and offer a knife line that is of the same if not higher quality than F. Dick or Victorinox models. If you are needing a dependable, long lasting knife, then the Jero TR will meet your needs.

Blade thickness is above European average, and many of the Jero TR models use a thicker steel than what is found in F. Dick, Victorinox, or Dexter commercial models. Blades are heat treated and tempered to form a quality blade with a hardness of around 55 HRC. Each blade is sharpened to one of the sharpest production edges of any of the lines we sell. The molded on handles are constructed of Propylene with a thick layer of Santoprene soft (rubber like) Sure Grip material. It is one of our most slip resistant handles. Handle is non-toxic and heat resistant.

Our Jero TR Pro line is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in the material or workmanship. Defective knives are replaced at no extra cost to the customer. All return shipping of the defective knife and shipping of a replacement are covered by Mad Cow Cutlery.

"Just right !"

Remarks: Most skinning knives are made of much thicker material than necessary, making them more difficult to sharpen, especially on a mechanical sharpener. I suck at manual sharpening. This one has the perfect blade shape for skinning (deer), and the blade is made of thin material (think fillet knife thickness). This makes it very easy to bring up to shaving edge using Chef's Choice sharpener. I have dressed 3 whitetail deer with this so far, very happy ! Also functions well as a general butcher knife. ... More details

"Excellent knives."

Remarks: Phenomenal knifes. Bought this skinner with others to make make my own butcher/bbq kit. I have been using them since last deer season and they hold an edge wonderfully. The grips are comfortable and don’t slip even when covered in grease from fat tissue.
