Jero Atlantic Series 8" Butcher Knife

The Jero Atlantic Series was designed for fisherman and butchers that need a rugged, high-carbon stainless steel knife, with large and easy to grip handles. Atlantic Series knives feature German high-carbon stainless steel blades for superior strength and longer edge life. The handles are constructed of a dense, impact and temperature resistant polymer, and ergonomically shaped for comfort and control. For extra strength, handles are injection molded onto the blade and longer tang. Thicker steel is used for added weight, which improved balance and feel of the knife.
