The Jero serrated slicer is part of the economical commercial line of knives that was designed to be a quality knife, while still staying within the budget of many small restaurants. The handle is a lightly textured polymer, that has been injected molded onto the knife for strength. The blade is constructed of German high-carbon stainless steel. The blade is slightly curved allowing for easy slicing motion, and added hand clearance between the product and cutting surface. The sharp serrated edge works well on bread, smoked meats, and vegetables. If user allows the knife to do the cutting, instead of forcing the blade, even meat products can have a clean cut without tearing. Knives come with a lifetime guarantee against defects.
