Mad Cow Cutlery is excited to introduce, New For 2016, the 4 piece knife set designed for the bbq, smoke meats, and grilling customers looking for commercial grade knives.
Set includes the Mad Cow Cutlery designed sharpened serrated wide blade slicer, that features a hollow edge to reduce friction when slicing, and a sharp serrated edge. The sharp serrated edge features sharpened edges along the tip, not just in valley of the serration. This allows the knife to slice through the bark of smoked meats, but still be gentle enough to slice softer and moist product without the tearing of product done by many more aggressive or less sharp serrated knives. The Jero model works best when you let the knife do the slicing, and not forcing the blade quickly. The blade length is 11.75". The large, easy to grip handle is constructed of a tough, high-impact, and temperature resistance polymer that is injected molded onto the tang and blade for added strength.
You also receive a 6" curved semi-stiff boning knife that is great for trimming, deboning, or slicing up meat. The Jero semi-stiff boning knife features a more flexible blade than most, to allow for easier curving around bone, or to use to fillet fish. The handle is from the popular TR series that features a tough polymer inner core, with a thick Santoprene Brand outer core that gives a rubber like traction.
The third knife is a 4" wide blade utility knife. It is ideal for small trim work, cutting up smaller meat portions, or cutting up vegetables. It features the same TR soft grip handle.
All the knives feature a high-carbon German stainless steel blade, that is hard enough to maintain an edge, but not too hard to prevent proper steeling or sharpening.
Finally, we have included a Mad Cow Cutlery 3 pouch knife roll to store your knives when not in use.
Jero knives come with a lifetime guarantee against defects.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not want the serrated edge knife, you can substitute with the straight edge model. Just include in the notes section of your order or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and give us your name on the order, and request the substitution.
