JERO 6" Steakin' Knife

The JERO Steakin' Knife was designed in partnership with steakhouse cooks, butchers and backwoods guides. The goal was to create a versatile knife, that bridged the gap between the popular curved boning knives and the larger cimeters.  The curved, wide blade allows for smooth natural slice motions, and makes fast and accurate trimming easy. The blade thickness and tang size were increased, to not only create a stiff  and heavier weight blade, but also provide a near 50/50 weight distribution.  The popular P3 handle we chosen due to the popularity of the style, and because it fit flat scabbards, many different sheaths and could be easily produced in many different colors.
