The Jero 6" Butcher Cleaver is a true butcher's cleaver designed and constructed to perform the tough jobs. The thick blade adds weight and power, as well as absorbs shock. Blade is German stainless steel - some of the best steel available for producing commercial grade cleavers. Cleaver features a full tang for strength, balance, and shock absorption. Handle is manufactured from high-impact polymer that is easy to clean and maintain. Handle is secured to the tang using tough stainless steel rivets. Jero butcher cleavers can compete in quality, strength, and durability with any heavy-duty cleaver brand out there, but sold at far less than the competitors.
