JERO 4-Piece Chef And Kitchen Set

The TR Series features a softer, almost rubber-like outer grip to increase traction in both wet and dry conditions.  The blades are constructed of high-carbon stainless steel.  Handles are constructed of commercial grade impact and temperature resistant polymers that are injection molded onto the blade and tang for strength and seamless transitions.  First layer is a dense, hard polymer, while the second layer is a softer polymer. Knife case features three pockets, with the third pocket being larger to hold a larger item, or one additional item.  Heavy-duty vinyl like outer layer that resembles leather - same material sourced in Europe and used in high-end cars and designer furniture for those looking to stay away from animal products, but want the same durability.  The inner layer is Italian nylon, which is a heavier denier, and tighter weave than the Chinese material.  Corners and pockets have extra sewing for strength.
