The JERO 3 Piece paring set features high-carbon stainless steel blades - the same blade materials they use in their professional knives designed for commercial use in meat processing establishments. The handles are constructed of commercial grade polymers that are impact and temperature resistant. Handles are constructed by injection molding the polymers under pressure onto the blade and tang, creating a strong bond and seamless transition between the blade and handle. Includes: 4" Spear Point Paring / Trim Knife; 3" Serrated Paring and 3" Clip Point Paring / Decorating Knife. Red, white and blue colors help identify each knife quickly. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended. Lifetime guarantee against defects in material and workmanship when used as designed. Abuse and misuse is not covered.
