In 1962 Giulio Gianola founded Bharbjt, a craft workshop, that manufactured quality cutting tools and cutlery. Located in Premana, Italy, where, since the times of ancient Romans, man mined and worked iron for producing cutting and farm tools.  Today, Bharbjt uses only high quality materials to manufacturer their products, and with the advancement in technology and the expansion of their production facility, Bharbjt is able to produce commercial grade cutlery and tools at competitive prices.

Bharbjt is still located in Northern Italy, and unlike many brands today, they still do their own sourcing of materials and manufacturing of products, to ensure every item meets their standards. Bharbjt is known for their commercial and professional grade cheese and diary knives and tools, but they bring that same quality to their home lines.
