F. Dick Rapid Steel Action Set, pull-thru knife sharpener, featuring heavy-duty microfine spring assisted sharpening rods. As your knife gets a little dull, you run the blade through the rods a couple of times to get your sharp edge back. You can either use without the base and hold while sharpening, or mount to the base to secure the sharpener. Removable suction cups allow for more mounting options. Remarks: I purchased one of these for the house, after I used the one at work, I wanted something easy to keep my knives sharp. Works great. I hold mine in my hand without the base, but the base does work good to keep the sharpener mounted in one place.
