Ergogrip knives were designed for the meat processing industry. The blade is constructed of polished, high-carbon stainless steel with a laser-tested cutting edge. Seamless connection between the blade and handle help prevent build-up and make cleaning easy. The handle was designed for both control and all day working comfort--the thumb rest was enlarged and the handle shape between the finger guards was designed to allow for a natural grip with less fatigue. The textured handle is constructed of high-impact polymers for durability and easy cleaning.

Ergogrips are NSF approved for commercial use in sanitary environments.
