"Fantastic knives"

Remarks: Ordered these knives at the recommendation of a co-worker. and I love them. I started a meat cutting job using the one knife provided (that would not hold an edge) and was very frustrated. Have been using these knives for about a week now and wow! what a difference!! They make my job sooooo much easier, and the customers happier to with precision cut meat. Thanks so much!!

Remarks: I've been a butcher/meat cutter for 22 years at Lucky's supermarkets, I've Always used forschner for years. I decided to give these a try and I really like the feeling. Always liked the bulk heads
