Remarks: I have a garden and purchased this to work with veggies mostly. Works really well and stays sharp. Good size for what I needed.

Remarks: The blade came sharp and holds a good edge. The blade feels thick enough to be sturdy and not bend easily, yet still thin enough for efficient slicing. The knife weighs 2.0 ounces. The 5 1/8 long polypropylene handle has enough texture to securely grip with wet hands. I find the handle shape to be comfortable in a variety of grips.
