Remarks: The Gold Standard , excellent quality , well worth the price you wont be disappointed , seems alot better than the round steel to me as it gets an edge alot quicker

Remarks: I am sushi chef. I used to sharpen my gyuto every couple days. But after using this rod I haven't touch my stone for 2 weeks. This steel really keep my edge. Really happy with this steel.
