From Diammark, these handy covers go over the tip of your knives and keep them from poking anything. They are crimped in the middle to help keep it on, but are not so tight that removing them is difficult. The tips are 1 1/4" by 1/2", and are about 3/8" across. Made of heavy-duty plastic, and made in Portugal. 

The tips are designed for larger and thicker blade knives, such as chef knives, butcher knives, swords, and etc. They will fit some of the smaller blade, but thicker metal hunting knives.

We stock these primarily to tip most of the knives we ship out to customers. The knives are tipped then are usually wrapped in bubble wrap, or put into a retail or poly sleeve. The wrap or sleeves hold the tip in place, so we stock the larger size so they will fit all our knives, plus they are easier to put on when we are needing to tip a thousand knives or more a day.

"A Functional Necessity"

Remarks: I bought these after a customer sent me a photo of a knife tip that was poking through a zipper case and the box I used to ship. I make knives and this is a necessity to protect me, my buyer, the knife, and probably the postal worker as well. I never thought it would be an issue, but my customer is trusted. I found these protectors here and they do have a bit of a pinch to make sure they stay on. They are cheap and will help protect all involved in the delivery of my knives.

Remarks: I make knives to sell, and was looking for a larger tip guard for some bigger knives I was making. These worked great. They are a little large for my thin blade and smaller knives, but they fit tight on my butcher and chef styles. The sides taper in to grip, but what I notice right away was the quality. This are much more heavy duty than some protectors I was purchasing from a knife makers supply company.

Remarks: I needed these to cover the tips of decorative wall-mounted swords and they worked great. They fit a variety of different tip shapes, and stay on very well.
