CUREL Atlantico Cleaver (White)

Curel is one of the oldest commercial knife and tool manufacturers in Portugal, and well respected for their quality products for the food service, meat processing, fishing and grocery industries. The Churrasco Series by Curel was designed and produced for meat production. The Curel Churrasco cleaver is manufactured using German high-carbon stainless steel.  The thick blade and full tang give the cleaver added weight and strength, as well as reduce vibration during power cuts. The handle is constructed of tough, temperature and impact resistant nylon polymers, and attached to the tang of the blade using large diameter stainless steel rivets.  Curel cleavers come with a lifetime guarantee against defects in material and workmanship, when used as designed.  Curel cleavers are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing and to store dry.
