The Professional Series by Curel Cutlery is the workhorse series, designed and manufactured as quality knives that can withstand the daily use and abuse of commercial work environments.  Blades are constructed of high quality, and high-carbon stainless steel sourced primarily in Europe with most of the steel produced in Germany.  The handles are constructed of commercial grade polymers that are impact and temperature resistant.  Polymers are injected under pressure onto the tang and blade of the knife to form a strong bond.
