Bharbjt 9" Wire Bow Cheese Cutter

Wire cheese cutter, used for cutting soft and crumbly cheeses, such as Stracchino or Roquefort. The wire helps to make a clean and precise cut.  Used also to cut clay, or other soft to medium soft materials or food products.

In 1962, Giulio Gianola founded Bharbjt, a craft workshop, that manufacture cutting tools and cutlery. The factory is in Premana, in Alta Valsassina, where, since the times of ancient Romans, man mined and worked iron for producing cutting and farm tools.
