Victorinox Fine Cut 12" Steel - Wood Handle

Steel features the traditional heavy-duty construction and wood handle. The sharpening area of the steel is 12". Steel features a fine cut -- meaning it has small grooves running the length of the steel. This allows a slight amount of steel to be removed when straighten a knives edge giving the edge a slight micro-serrated edge for slicing and trimming tough product.
