Victorinox Galveston Style Oyster Knife

The Victorinox line of Oyster knives were designed for commercial use. The stiff stainless steel blades provide lasting durability and maximum leverage. The large handles provide comfort as well as excellent hand placement points. The textured grip helps prevent accidental slips when hands are wet.

Knives are NSF certified for commercial use.

Handle is constructed of a high-impact polymer in an easy to see red color.
