Victorinox 12" Granton Slicer

The Victorinox granton edge slicer was designed for commercial slicing uses. Fibrox handle is designed to minimize wrist tension and is approved by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF). Blade is constructed of high-carbon stainless steel. The granton edge helps reduce friction between the blade and product being sliced. The wide blade designed helps keep slices from breaking over.
