Victorinox's 10" regular cut steel is designed to straighten the edge of a knife after a few uses. The regular cut features grooves that run the length of the steel to aid in the removal of metal from the knife edge for added sharpening and creating a little "bite" to the knife edge. Manufactured in Sheffield, England of quality steel that was meant to take the abuse of commercial use. Solid core construction and regular cut surface. Durable and solid plastic handle with metal hang ring.
