Victorinox 10" Combo Sharpening Steel

Victorinox 10" combination steel takes the place of having two separate steels. Half of the surface is fine cut, the other half is polished. The fine cut features small ridges that run the length of the steel to help straighten the edge and remove small amounts of metal when the blade needs a little edge work. The polished side is designed to straighten the edge as it becomes rolled during use. Features a durable plastic handle with hang ring.
