To shop on our online store

• Find the products you want by browsing the categories or using the search bar at the top of the page.
• Add product quantities to the box next to the product image and click the "Add to Cart" button.
• In the top right corner you will see the number of items in your cart.
• When ready to pay click the "Checkout" button under your cart total.
• At this time our shopping cart system requires you to create a password to register and checkout. This password is associated with your email provided on our site and is used to manage and track your orders.
• Follow the instructions to make a secure purchase on our site. Mad Cow Cutlery is secured with a Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
• You will receive an order notification and a notification when your order ships, along with tracking information.

Quick Order

You can also click on the Quick Order link in the top navigation. Here you can browse the products quickly, or if you know the item number of the product you want, you can enter it into the item code boxes.

Volume Buys

For volume purchases you can contact Sales Department or use the contact us form. If your online order exceeds the quantity we have in stock, please contact us to get information about how to get the number of items you need.

Promotional Code

If you received a promotion from us, we will include the item numbers of the products we are promoting so orders can be placed quickly.

At checkout you will have the opportunity to add any promotional code you received. We offer discount promotional codes or coupons on occasion. These coupons usually offer some form of discount to the user. We except VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Please do not send us checks in the mail without completing the check-out process and printing your order. At check-out you can pick the Check/Money Order payment option. Please do not send cash.
