The Mundial small handle boning knife was designed for small game processing. The narrow straight blade is constructed of high-carbon stainless steel. The durable textured poly handle was developed to reduce handle obstruction when working on small animals.

The blade is stiff and features a sharp edge and extra narrow point. The handle is treated with Sanitized brand antimicrobial agents to reduce the growth of bacteria and mold. The knife is NSF certified for commercial use.
