Forschner by Victorinox 6" Fillet Knife

NOTE: Picture shows Victorinox stamped on blade, but we were able to get some of the last German made Forschner models with the Forschner name on the blade.

The Forschner fillet knife by Victorinox, features a very flexible, narrow stainless steel blade. The handle is constructed of durable, high-impact plastic and features well defined finger guards to help prevent hands from slipping. These knives are made for Victorinox in Germany and feature the Forschner name on the blade.
