Victorinox 10" Hollow Oval Diamond Steel

Victorinox oval shaped diamond sharpening steel is an economical alternative to owning a diamond coated sharpening steel. Steel features a light-weight plastic handle, hollow core oval shaped diamond coated steel with plastic tip. Diamond texture will remove a small amount of metal to get an edge back on a knife. Perfect diamond steel for the butcher shop or meat processing floor. The steel's light-weight and shorter 10" length makes it easy to carry when working in high production areas or out in the field. Includes hang hole at and of the handle. The oval shape provides close to a flat surface on two sides to allow for the knife's edge to make more contact on each stroke.

The sharpener has a 10" sharpening surface length.
