Stuffer features F. Dick's return ventilation system. The piston valve guarantees that any air between the meat and the piston can escape as the piston is moving downwards. A further advantage is that the filling tube is sucked clear as the piston is moving upwards. Valve opens automatically when it touches the stand. The valve automatically vents as the piston moves downwards. The valve closes automatically as soon as it pushes onto the meat, then the valve closes vacuum-tight as soon as it is pressed by the cylinder floor. Valve automatically sucks the filling tube clear as soon as the piston moves upwards.
