Has an enhanced ergonomic, wide handle for comfort and control. Handle is constructed of injected molded polymers for lasting durability. Stamped blade is constructed of high quality X55CrMo14 stainless steel with a hardness of 55-56 HRC. Sharpened serrated edge makes slicing through the toughest crust easy.

Knives are top quality overstocks. Some of the knives have the removable F. Dick handle sticker already removed or they fell off during warehouse storage. These knives are still in their retail hang sleeve.
