The fine cut steel by F. Dick features quality German construction and design. Steel is 12" in length and includes shallow grooves running the length of the steel. Used to keep the edge on a knife, while still having the ability to remove slight amounts of metal from the blade to maintain that fine edge. Steel features a durable, highly visible handle with hang ring. The perfect steel for the work environment where quality and affordability must mesh.

Fine cut steel features small grooves that run the length of the steel. The ridges created by these grooves apply a small amount of teeth to the edge of the blade. These teeth allow for easier cutting of tough or skinned products.
