F. Dick 11 Inch Super Fine Cut Flat Sharpening Steel

The Dick 2000 Super Fine Cut Steel, was designed for the series butcher. Each side of the flat steel features very fine grooves that run the length of the steel. The grooves are only slightly noticeable when a blade is run across the service. Perfect steel for aligning a knife's blade, but just enough texture to the steel to remove any small amounts of metal from the blade. The hard steel construction is perfect for today's high-carbon stainless steel blades. The handle is constructed of very durable plastic, and features a heavy-duty hang ring on the end. The steel weighs close to 1-1/4 pounds.
